Things to Do With That Damnable Left-Over Pesto

  • Make vegan pesto-mayonnaise and glop it on all your sammiches until you have a heart attack (a la the Tofu and Pesto-Mayo Sammiches I posted about a short time back).




  • Throw it on some nice warm elbow macaroni noodles and then dice up some nice crisp and cool roma tomatoes and toss them on top. Consume.




  • Make some Pesto Pasta Salad and go on a road trip somewhere. If you eat it at home in front of the television or somewhere else lame like that, I WILL BE FORCED TO DESTROY YOU.
